Private household service

Terms and conditions

SMS terms for Family Assistant, a closed personal household AI assistant.

Program and eligibility

Family Assistant is operated privately by Israel for himself and his wife. Only their designated phone numbers are eligible. It offers AI chat replies, everyday planning assistance, requested reminders, household updates, and alerts. It does not send marketing messages. There is no public enrollment or keyword signup.

Consent before messaging

Before messaging is enabled, each eligible participant must separately give voluntary, informed permission directly to the owner. The owner explains the message types, expected frequency, potential carrier charges, and how to stop messages, and keeps a record of the permission. Agreement to these terms alone is not SMS consent. Messages must not be sent to anyone who has not consented or has withdrawn consent.

Frequency and charges

Messages may be recurring. Message frequency varies based on user conversations, requested reminders, and configured household notifications; there is no fixed monthly volume. Message and data rates may apply. Consult your mobile carrier for plan details.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After an opt-out, no further program messages may be sent other than a single confirmation. To resume, contact the owner and give renewed explicit consent; access remains restricted to the same two participants.

Reply HELP for assistance, or email gabbai.israelhuss@gmail.com. You can also ask the owner directly to disable messaging. STOP and HELP handling must be configured and tested before the SMS service is enabled.

Delivery and AI limitations

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and delivery are not guaranteed. AI responses may be inaccurate; verify important information independently. This program is not an emergency service and must not be relied on for urgent or safety-critical alerts.

Privacy and changes

The privacy policy explains information handling and choices. Changes to these terms will be posted here. A material change in the message purpose requires new consent rather than automatically expanding existing permission.
